Career coaching - get started

An initial meeting with a Cenera Career Coach is the first step to your success. We will review your personal needs, discuss the program and provide you with an opportunity to evaluate the appropriateness of this service for you. We suggest you review the profiles of our coaches and select the person you would like to meet with.

If you are interested and ready to advance your career/life management process, we will arrange to get you started by registering you in our CareerLife Focus program and tailor a schedule to fit your needs, expectations and constraints.

Fees

Individual consulting or career coaching sessions normally run 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs. Evaluation tools are available and individually priced depending on the cost of the instrument and the time required to interpret and feedback the information to you. However, before we engage any tool we evaluate the need and the benefit to you and explain the cost associated with the instrument. Coaching over the telephone as well as Web and e-mail consultations are also available once you have engaged in our program, billable in 15 minute increments (long distance telephone charges are an additional cost). Cenera offers this service on a retainer basis and fees may be paid via cheque, MasterCard or Visa.
