Prevue Assessment in hiring, training, promotion, team building and coaching

The Prevue Assessment System provides businesses and human resource professionals with a suite of reports that assist in human resource decision-making. The system is a highly advanced tool for assessing work-related characteristics. No two people are alike - each person has a unique mixture of qualities that are important to understand but difficult to measure. Prevue reports provide accurate information about people that can be used to optimize the success of your business. Prevue Assessment in hiring, training, promotion or team building

Job candidates or current employees complete a Prevue Questionnaire either by hand or on a computer. The responses are then imported into the Prevue Software to produce a variety of management reports that can be used for decisions in hiring, training, promotion and/or team building.

The Prevue Assessment System is particularly effective when it is used to predict job suitability through the use of benchmarks. A benchmark is a composite of the abilities, interests, and personality traits necessary to be successful in a given role. The system will identify the common features of those employees whom management considers to be successful at a particular job, and develops a benchmark for that job. The benchmark is used to determine how an individual matches the requirements and demands of a specific position.

Prevue Corporate Coach Assessment

Prevue Corporate Coach is specifically designed for corporate coaches. The Prevue Corporate Coach Assessment occurs in two stages. The first stage involves the person you are coaching taking the online proven professional psychometric assessment. The second stage of the Prevue Corporate Coach program involves the scoring and analysis of the completed assessment to produce two reports; one for you as the coach and another for the person you are coaching.

Prevue Succession Planning Reports examines what jobs within an organization might best suit an individual. The report compares the abilities, interests and personality traits of an employee to the benchmarks for various jobs within the employer's organization.
