On-line Career Centre
Our Career Transition clients have immediate access to our On-line Career Centre (OCC) 24/7, which includes everything the internet has to offer for Career Management. This powerful tool has been designed to help clients make the best possible career decisions and to provide job search resources and networking opportunities. Included in the OCC is a robust database with information on over 150,000 Canadian companies, a tremendous resource available only through Cenera.

Assessment tools
Our Career Transition clients and their individual career consultant will determine if and what career assessment tools the client would like to utilize. Cenera consultants are qualified to administer many of the tools available in the market-place.
Tools include:
- Forté Communication Assessment
- Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator
- Firo - B™ - Interpersonal Relations
Administration
Clients will be provided with support in creating business cards, resumes, and other necessary marketing materials and may also use set up their own voicemail and email through Cenera resources.
Facilities
Career Transition clients will enjoy access to workstations, offices, common areas, a library, wireless access to the Internet using their personal laptops, workshop/meeting rooms, daily newspapers, etc. Our Career Centre is located close to the plus 15 system, downtown and the LRT. Parking is very accessible.
