A dynamic, enthusiastic consultant, Agnes enjoys sharing her diverse career coaching and privacy backgrounds with her clients. Agnes’s career includes career management and outplacement consulting, privacy consulting and training, program leadership and management, recruitment, and entrepreneurship.

Career Coaching

Agnes is an experienced Career Coach and work search strategist. Over the past 13 years, she has provided expert career coaching to more than 1500 individuals including senior executives, mid-level managers, support, and field staff. Her clients come from oil and gas, healthcare, technology, finance, government and non-profit industries. 

With joy and professionalism, Agnes helps her clients navigate their career transition. Her coaching methodology guides clients through the emotions around job loss, and onto hope and motivation that opens the door to strategic action planning and success in their chosen area. She specializes in helping individuals identify their career goals and achieve them. She employs formal coaching strategies to support clients pursue re-employment, entrepreneurship and retirement readiness, and approaches her work with integrity and empathy, reflecting and drawing on her own personal work search experiences.

Privacy and Information Management

Agnes assists organizations in interpreting and applying privacy legislation requirements to their policies and procedures. She provides advisory services regarding access to information, information use and disclosure questions, and assists with the creation, review, and updating of existing program processes, procedures and documentation to ensure legislative compliance.  An energetic adult educator and former employee of the Information and Privacy Office Training Unit at the Government of Alberta, Agnes also enjoys delivering privacy workshops. She has extensive experience in implementing FOIP in a large government setting.

Agnes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and formal leadership and coaching training. She successfully completed the Privacy Applications: Issues and Practices course through the University of Alberta, with a focus on attaining the Information Access and Protection of Privacy Certificate.
