Bruce is a Senior Consultant with Cenera and draws on his 19 years as Partner and Practice Lead for Business and HR Consulting, to deliver exceptional consulting to his clients. His 25 plus years as a human resource and business leader enable Bruce to provide his clients with practical solutions to solve business issues, grow their businesses, develop their staff, and improve their organizations.

His consulting services cross the full spectrum of business consulting and HR services, including strategy development, business planning, business performance improvement, process improvement, change management, succession planning, leadership and employee development. He has worked with a variety of clients from the oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, information technology, and the not-for profit sectors.

Bruce seeks opportunities to apply his professional expertise in ways that give back to the community. He has served on the United Way of Calgary’s Campaign Cabinet, the Board of Calgary Minor Soccer Association and as the Vice President and a Director for Calgary Meals on Wheels.
