		Rick Klumpenhouwer, Director Rick has been a professional archivist and information manager for twenty years. He has broad experience in developing and implementing privacy and security compliance initiatives and interpreting and applying legislation. Rick's specialized knowledge is in the areas of records management and security policy and implementation. He brings extensive general knowledge and project management skills to every project. Email
		John Lamb, Senior Consultant John has been employed in many senior management positions with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Department of National Defence. His military experience in planning and participating in numerous military exercises were instrumental in the development of his capabilities, in dealing with complex issues relating to continuity planning, logistics, privacy and security. This intensive exposure to numerous programs and services requiring very high degrees of security, sensitivity and disaster response has uniquely qualified him to assist in today’s business solutions. 		Mike Luxton, Senior Consultant As a member of the Canadian Forces for 23 years, Mike has been involved extensively in operations planning, training development, information management and security, and risk assessment, including participation in preparations for the G8 summit in Alberta in 2002. His experience covers crisis and continuity planning, search and rescue, disaster response, remote sensing and communications, privacy, information management, security planning, aviation and aerospace, maritime operations and information technology. Mike is a member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta, and brings a wide variety of experiences and capabilities to Cenera’s Crisis & Continuity Planning team. Email
