Jerry Stilson, Partner, M.Ed Psych
Jerry has a broad background and extensive experience in business and human resources and is known for his unique and effective methods in counselling senior executives, middle managers and professionals in career/life planning and career transition. In addition, he has worked extensively with a wide variety of organizations assisting them in strategic planning, organization effectiveness, change management, executive and leadership development, performance management, career/personal/family assessment counselling and leadership development. Pam Corbett, Partner, B.A., CHRP
Pam is the leader of Cenera's Career Transition practice. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with a specialty in career development. For the past ten years she has provided career consulting and coaching to management, technical and support staff. Pam’s background includes competency management, learning support and one-to-one employee coaching in performance and development issues, including job role analysis, 360 Feedback and Myers Briggs assessments. James Fries, Partner, B.A., M.A., CHRP

Jim brings to the team his 25 years of experience in human resource management in the private, public and not-for-profit sector. Industry experience includes heavy manufacturing, oil and gas, power generation, forestry and construction. Public and not-for-profit assignments in the US and Canada have focused on leadership, process design, program evaluation, strategic planning and board development. Jim is a senior human resource professional with a strong results-oriented and consultative approach to resolving client issues. He has special strengths in the development of leaders and teams, change management, strategy development, and project management. Jim is a proven facilitator and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which help him deal with all levels of professionals in his coaching and consulting assignments. Jennifer Wade, B.A. Psych.
With an educational background in psychology, experience as a registered professional recruiter and several years of working in customer service, Jennifer brings great perspective and experience to Cenera’s career transition clients. Jennifer has a history of providing outstanding service and providing her analytical and communication skills to each career consulting project, both for the corporate client and the exiting employee. Jennifer believes in providing an individualized approach to each situation, resulting in a distinct experience for every client. Email
   


Carolyn Poole, B.Sc.
Carolyn connects with her clients with creativity, heartfelt wisdom and positive energy. Working from the client’s agenda, Carolyn engages in powerful conversations that lead each person to a greater understanding of what a fulfilling career and life looks like for them and how they can get there. In her most recent role as founder and manager of the Centre for Business Development for Mount Royal College, Carolyn worked with over 50 organizations in a variety of sectors. Carolyn’s professional experience includes over 20 years in business and adult education, with 12 years experience as a senior manager and coach. Email

Margaret holds a Masters Degree in Education with a specialty in Career Development. As a coach, Margaret facilitates whole person career development. She sheds light on the path her clients seek to take next. She inspires and sustains them as they move towards their next goal. Kate Ahlf

Kate manages Cenera’s reception and oversees the administrative aspects of our Career Transition services, including attending to the day-to-day needs of Career Transition clients. She provides high quality and timely support with a keen attention to detail. All clients enjoy her enthusiasm and friendly manner.
