		Debra Johnstone, Partner, CMC, CHRP Debra is the Partner who leads the Executive Search and Recruitment practice. Specializing in executive recruiting for a wide range of industry and public sector clients, Debra's background includes ten years of industry experience and over fifteen years in human resources and general management consulting. Particular disciplines and strengths lie in the areas of executive search and recruitment, succession planning/career pathing, training, research, job market identification, and organizational analysis. She has been involved in recruiting assignments in a variety of industry sectors -- oil and gas, manufacturing, government, retail, hospitality, transportation, health care, and professional associations. 		Bruce Green, Partner, CMC, CHRP Bruce is the Managing Partner in our Calgary consulting office and has over twenty-one years of technical and executive recruitment experience. Bruce is involved with client relationships, interviewing of candidates, negotiations and overall project management on senior level assignments. His client base focuses on the resource and technical service sectors. Bruce has been in the consulting profession since 1986. He has held roles such as Manager, Human Resources for a major EPC firm, Supervisor, Compensation & Benefits for Syncrude Canada and a Partner with Ernst & Young. Bruce has successfully recruited a wide array of professions across Canada, USA and Europe. Email
		Jamie Finley, B.A. Jamie possesses three years of experience working in Fukuoka, Japan where she collaborated with a Japanese peer to deliver English educational programs as well as providing lifestyle advice for newcomers to Japan. Her ability to adapt to different cultures makes her an invaluable asset to our Search team. As a recruitment professional, Jamie is active in industry research, candidate identification, interviewing and client liaison. 		Cameron McDonald Cameron works within our Executive Search and Recruitment practices. He started his career in this field in Australia, recruiting within the commercial and professional practice markets. Cameron brings to Cenera skills that enable him to successfully identify and screen for the most qualified candidates, across a broad variety of industries. As a Search Specialist, Cameron is actively involved in candidate identification, screening and interviewing as well as client liaison. He prides himself on his ability to provide both clients and candidates with the highest standard of customer service by ensuring a well informed and thorough recruitment process and follow up. Email
		Melissa Thomas Melissa practices solely in our Executive Search practice.  Her role is that of candidate identification, follow-up, interviewing and client liaison. Melissa's experience, attention to detail and customer service skills give her the credibility to liaise with you and with prospective candidates. Email
		Monet Waddell-Van Vliet Monet supports the Search and Recruitment practice with enthusiasm and a strong attention to detail. She is a creative and resourceful individual who always maintains a positive attitude. She brings a fresh set of ideas to the administrative team and is always willing to rise to any challenge.
