How Career Coaching works
- Review the profiles of the Cenera coaches and select the person you wish to meet with.
- Set up an exploratory meeting to consult with a Career Coach.
- Review your needs, discuss program, and provide opportunity to evaluate appropriateness of CareerLife Focus™ for you.
- Tailor program to meet your needs at the pace you set.
- Review tools and technology to aid your journey.
- Coaching in-person, over the phone and/or via email.
- Length of the program depends on your situation.
- Your commitment determines your success.
