Kim has executive level expertise in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness and Design, and Project Management through her work for large multi-national organizations in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Kim has also worked in many start-up organizations designing and implementing the structures, policies, and procedures and most importantly building the team who actualize the vision, goals. values and strategies from inception, enabling them to grow into the successful organizations they are today.

Kim combines her 20+ years of Human Resource expertise, her extensive knowledge of current employment legislation and practices, her strong business acumen, emotional awareness, and sharp analytical stills to create impactful and innovative solutions to help clients deliver on their business objectives.

Kim assists with recruitment, employee engagement strategies, organizational culture design, policies and procedures, HR legislation, business process solutions, performance management structures, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefit reviews, capacity planning and organizational restructures.

Kim is an avid learner and has continued to undertake relevant fields of study to ensure she stays compliant with all legislative requirements and best practice solutions, and most recently completed her Payroll Legislation and Compliance in 2018.

Kim loves to travel and experience new cultures, food and people and in 2013 she relocated back to Canada to be near her beloved Rocky Mountains.
