For over 25 years, Larry has facilitated, trained and consulted on hundreds of occasions in industry with employees, customers, governments and other key influencers.

Larry’s professional interest is in helping people grow and develop in all aspects of their professional and non-professional lives. He believes strongly that investing in the development of people can add significantly to a non-depreciating asset of a company and our society.

Larry has management experience in finance, manufacturing, training and development, sales, marketing and human resources. Much of his career has been in the pharmaceutical, chemical and agriculture and food industries. He has been involved in new product launches, mergers, culture development and all aspects of human resource strategy implementation. He has been a member of a senior business leadership team for much of his career.

Larry is interested in coaching assignments that accomplish personal growth and development for the participant and their organization. His client base is comprised of agriculture, government, universities, oil and gas, media, health care and multinational consumer products organizations.
Larry obtained his coach certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Larry is a Director and the vice-chair of the Agriculture and Food Council of Alberta and is the Chairman of the Board of a Red Deer specialty chemical company. Additionally he is a certified facilitator for Tracom, Ken Blanchard, Paradigm Learning and Communispond.
