Sherilee joined Cenera in 2023 and is a highly accomplished and results-driven leader with a wealth of experience in Administration. She brings a diverse set of experience in mentoring and guiding talented teams of Administrative professionals to effectively support business goals and objective, and is known for fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that enhances employee performance, fosters professional development, and fuels growth. She has a demonstrated ability to understand employee and stakeholder needs, and identifying innovative solutions to drive initiatives, streamline operations, and consistently meet deadlines.

Sherilee is a Professional Certified Facilitator with DiSC Communication and Behavioural Profile, and is currently working on completing the Human Resources Management Certificate.  

During her spare time, she can be found paddle boarding in the summer or skiing in the winter with her husband and daughter.
