With an unwavering passion to help others develop, Tanya quickly establishes rapport and trust with her clients, as she enthusiastically assists them in determining their career vision and develop a foundation for an action plan to move forward.

Tanya has a friendly, approachable personality, and is an active listener and engaged coach, who loves to witness the transformation and hope that her clients feel as they evolve through their career transition and uncover new possibilities.

Tanya is a Senior Consultant with Cenera, having many years of experience in coaching clients from a variety of sectors, such as oil and gas, banking, technology, insurance, and government.

She has a BGS degree in Communication, a Career Development Certificate, and a Human Resource Management Certificate. She also obtained an Executive Coaching Certificate (CEC) from Royal Roads University and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Tanya also is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and an active member of the ICF and Human Resource Institute of Alberta (HRIA).

Tanya is an active volunteer with Making Changes, an organization that empowers woman to reach their potential, and is a member of the Professional Women of Calgary (BPW), an organization dedicated to developing the professional and leadership potential of women through education, awareness, advocacy, and mentoring. Tanya also is a long-time volunteer at the annual Calgary Folk Music Festival.
