Tarra is a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Tarra leverages a strong background in leadership development with 20+ years of coaching/mentoring across many fields including entrepreneurship, financial services, and performing arts.

Tarra started her career as a professional dancer travelling through various parts of the world, experiencing new cultures, and living out her passion in dance. After retiring from performing, Tarra entered the financial services sector which led to her leading teams and opening new branches with a focus on retail banking. She then spent years mentoring entrepreneurs as they built their brand and expanded their businesses. This also gave her the opportunity to plan leadership events and speak on stages in Canada and the USA with a focus on leadership development. As a lifelong learner who is naturally curious and has a passion for people, Tarra has completed Indigenous Canada through the University of Alberta, Unconscious Bias training, Introductory Intercultural Exploration with iDi, EQi 2.0 and 360 assessment training, level two Reiki, and has co-authored a best-selling book.

Tarra now works with entrepreneurs and high-level leaders utilizing a powerful, thought-provoking, and non-directive coach approach. Her clients describe her as intuitive, compassionate, and warm, creating a safe space for vulnerability, clarity, and forward momentum. Her greatest desire is to support people in reaching their highest potential and to know the power that lives within them.
