Manager, HR Advisory

Todd joined Cenera in 2020 and within Cenera’s HR Consulting practice is the Manager of the HR Advisory. His HR experience gives him the exceptional ability to create strong relationships, easily building trust across the client organization and with their external partners. Todd approaches all aspects of his work with a combination of expertise, practicality, and a sense of humour. He works closely with everyone on the team from Senior Executives to the HR professionals on the ground, to gain an understanding and help create integrated people and business solutions that best suit and serve their organizations.

Drawing on over 20 years of diverse HR experience, Todd excels when working with a variety of clients and solving problems, big and small. His senior HR leadership and project management experience includes both private and public sector organizations in oil and gas, technology, and professional and social services. Clients find Todd to be highly responsive and effective at supporting not only the day-to-day tasks but also those large-scale strategic assessments and transitions, providing honest and candid advice, relevant resources, expert guidance and creating effective and sustainable solutions.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences from the University Nevada in Las Vegas. He also holds a Labour Relations Certificate from Queen’s University in Ontario.
