With over three decades of executive leadership experience, Andy has established a reputation as a values-driven leader dedicated to fostering innovation, growth, and a strong corporate culture. Drawing on deep expertise in operational management, he has led both construction and operational organizations within the energy and utility sectors. Most recently, he served as CEO of EQUS REA Ltd. and Rural Connect Ltd.

Throughout his career, Andy has gained extensive business expertise across diverse organizational structures, including publicly and privately held companies, municipally controlled entities, and member-owned cooperatives. Regardless of company structure, he has found that the key to success lies in a values-based leadership team committed to cultivating a healthy organizational culture.

Today, Andy finds deep fulfillment in supporting executives and managers as they navigate their leadership journeys. Leveraging his extensive experience and insights, he asks the right questions in his coaching practice, helping individuals unlock their potential and embrace their own leadership style.

A lifelong learner, Andy recently earned a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and holds certifications in project management, business administration, and construction management.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys cycling, walking, playing golf, and volunteering with community organizations. However, his greatest joy comes from spending time with his incredible wife of 36 years, his two amazing daughters and their spouses, and his precious, new granddaughter.
