Carolyn McLaughlin, MASc, ACC

Senior Consultant, Associate

Carolyn is an ICF-credentialed coach and organizational development practitioner with 10+ years designing and delivering leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness and talent strategy solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

Her experience spans corporate, public sector, and post-secondary environments, including as a senior manager at a $2B, 1200-employee organization.

Her niche is supporting people and organizations through transitions and pivot points - building the leadership development programs that prepare people for what's ahead, coaching a leader stepping into a bigger mandate, or leading the change management behind an enterprise-wide initiative. Different scales, same challenge: helping people turn a plan into how they actually lead and work. She's coached 50+ leaders from front-line managers to directors through these moments and delivered leadership training to 200+ people leaders, bringing a change management lens honed through work ranging from post-restructuring culture initiatives to enterprise engagement strategy.

Carolyn holds a Master of Applied Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation, and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner credential.

Outside of client work, Carolyn is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and an active volunteer with local music festivals.
