Lauren Remple, B.Mgt., MA

Senior Consultant, Associate

Lauren has over 16 years of experience in human resources, Indigenous engagement and equity, diversity and inclusion predominantly within the post-secondary, non-profit, telecommunications and energy sectors. Lauren is Cree and of mixed- European ancestry and is a proud citizen of Alexander First Nation in Treaty 6 territory.

Lauren is an experienced facilitator and curriculum developer, specializing in Indigenous-focused leadership and organizational learning. She has designed and delivered engaging programs such as the Paths Forward: Indigenous Leadership Development Series, Centering Indigenous Knowledge in HR, and Wellness at Work, supporting participants to build practical skills, deepen cultural understanding, and foster inclusive workplace practices. Lauren’s approach blends evidence-based learning with relational, experiential methods, helping organizations and individuals take meaningful action toward reconciliation, leadership excellence, and well-being.

Lauren uses a values-centric and intersectional approach to program development and project management and is guided by the ethical principles of reciprocity, responsibility, relevance and respect.

She has witnessed first-hand the power of co-creation, intercultural capacity-building and ethical community engagement to develop programs and opportunities that truly reflect the needs of participants. Lauren’s work is guided by Linda Tuhiwai-Smith’s 25 Indigenous projects, which describe opportunities to further an agenda of social justice, cultural restoration and decolonization.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge, and Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Royal Roads University.
